This scholarship program was established to assist high school graduates who have outstanding academic abilities and a need for financial assistance to further their goal of a college education.

Scholarship Criteria:

• Must complete a scholarship application.

• Must be a resident of North Carolina and a resident of the Star Telephone service area.

• Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or better.
