Ending Balance for the 2020-2021 Academic Year
The Bladen Community College Foundation raises awareness, financial resources, and other assets to support the mission of Bladen Community College. The Foundation is committed to preserving and enhancing the resources with which it is entrusted through accuracy, transparency, and good stewardship. It supports student achievement through scholarships, provides opportunities for the faculty and staff to receive mini-grants for innovative programs, and assists with other campus needs. In spite of COVID-19, Gala Dinner To Go had great attendance, and perfect weather set the stage for a memorable occasion that resulted in significant funds raised to increase the amount and number of scholarships for Bladen Community College students. CLICK HERE to learn more about the event in a published article, courtesy of Alan Wooten, Editor of the Bladen Journal. The Foundation continues to accept donations in support of student scholarships and special projects for the college at a time when needs are great due to the pandemic.
