CAR 114 Residential Building Codes
This course covers building codes and the requirements of state and local construction regulations. Emphasis is placed on the minimum requirements of the North Carolina building codes related to residential structures. Upon completion, students should be able to determine if a structure is in compliance with North Carolina building codes.
