Purpose:  This scholarship was established by Ed and Elizabeth Ann Harris, lifelong supporters of our local school system, to aid high school graduates in need of financial assistance to further their education.

Criteria:  1. Be enrolled in any program of study.

Criteria:  2. Submit a scholarship application.

Criteria:  3. Maintain a 2.0 or greater grade point average.

Criteria:  4. Continue enrollment for the duration of the scholarship.
