Purpose:  This scholarship is to support a student in need with preference given to an ex-offender, single parent, or someone that may receive little or no financial aid.

Criteria:  Must be enrolled full-time in a curriculum program or a workforce continuing education course seeking to complete a certificate, diploma, or degree.
